Delaware Journal of Corporate Law is a legal review of the company Law School Law Widora. The journal was founded in 1976 and publishes three editions per annual volume. In addition to scientific articles, the journal publishes opinions from Delaware Court of Chancery that are not printed in regional reporters. It ranks among the special law journals over the United States based on the number of citations from federal and state courts. In 2008, the journal was ranked 10th out of 411 special journals based on citations in state and federal court opinion and ranked 1st among journals edited by students in the category "Corporate Law and Business Law".

While the journal maintains the company's focus, it seeks to publish articles that come within the broader scope of the American Bar Section on Business Law. Some of the current committees of the section are: Professional Responsibility, Insurance Law, Law Firm, Criminal Law, Employee Benefits, Alternative Dispute Settlement, Environmental Control, Food, Drugs and Cosmetic Law, Health Law, International Business Law, Public Interest, and Telecommunications.

Francis G. Pileggi Lecture in Law
This journal hosts the respected Annual Lecture of Francis G. Pileggi. This lecture series, held in Wilmington, Delaware, is presented to the Delaware Bench and Bar and focuses on developing issues in corporate law. Famous Pilggi lecturers include Ralph K. Winter, Jr. (1986-1988), Joan Seligman (1997-1998), Lynn A. Stout (2001-2002), Robert B. Thompson (2003) -2004), Melvin A. Eisenberg (2004- 2005), Stephen Bainbridge (2005-2006), and Mark J. Roe (2007-2008).
Member selection â ⬠<â â¬
This journal offers three methods to get membership. First, students whose academic achievement has placed them above 5% of their classes after the first semester for regular division students or the third semester for night division students is an extended invitation to join. Second, students who have completed the first year regular division or second year night division can earn membership through the Summer Writing Competition. The competition considers both the paper and the value of the student competition. Finally, students, after completing either the second-year regular division or the third year renewal division, may submit papers on topics previously approved as part of the Competition of Superior Writing. Participation in this competition is also subject to minimum GPA requirements.
