Kathleen M. Boozang (born April 21, 1959) is the Dean and Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law.
He joined Seton Hall in 1990 after practicing law for several years, and, prior to becoming a Dean in 2015, developed the Law Faculty of Law in Law (1993), created a new program in obedience education for industry professionals and practicing lawyers (2004). ), and build the Online Law School's Learning Division (2012). He has served as a senior administrative member of Seton Hall Law School and at Provost's office in Seton Hall University since 2000. In July 2015, he became the eighth dean of Seton Hall Law and the third woman to serve in the role.

Biography
Kathleen Boozang was born in Galveston, Texas and grew up in Connecticut. He graduated from St. Joseph in 1977 and earned a B.S. in Business, magna cum laude, from Boston College, where he is a member of the Honors School of Management Program and a Bachelor of College of Arts & Science is writing a thesis in Moral Theology.
He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Washington University Law School (1984), serving as Managing Editor of Law's Law Quarterly School. He was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Boozang holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Yale Law School (1990).
Dean Boozang is an Associate at law firm, Greensfelder, Hemker & amp; Gale, P.C. in St. Croix Louis (1984-1989), where he developed expertise in health care law and governance of the Catholic health system. He was named Of Counsel (1990-2003) when he left St. Louis to attend Yale Law School.
He joins Seton Hall Law School as Assistant Professor (1990), recruited by Dean Ronald J. Riccio for his health expertise. He launched the Law of Health & amp; The Policy Program (1993), served as its director (1993-2003), which has been ranked in the top 10 of the US. News & amp; World Report for such a program since 1996. He was promoted to full Law Professor (1997), and was named Director of the Post Graduate Program in Health Law (1997-2003), then appointed Associate Dean for Academic (2000-07) and Associate Dean for Academic Advancement (2007-10). He served as Deputy Provost for Academic Affairs and Deputy Provost Interim at Seton Hall University (2010-11). He then returned to Seton Hall Law as Associate Dean for Academic Advancement and launched the Online Law School Learning Division (2012). He succeeded Patrick E. Hobbs as Dean of the Faculty of Law in July 2015.
