Get Covered Illinois is the health insurance market for the US state of Illinois. The exchange allows people and small businesses to purchase health insurance at the federal subsidy level. Since its inception, more than 388,179 Illinois consumers have received health insurance coverage.

The health insurance exchange was established as part of the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to enable individuals to purchase health insurance in managed country markets. Under this law, countries may choose to set up their own health insurance exchanges; if they choose not to do so, the federal government will run it for the state.

On October 27, 2014, Illinois's small online business market (SHOP) was launched. This exchange facilitates the use of the Healthcare Healthcare tax credit.
