The Western Sierra Law School ( WSLS ) is a private, non-sectarian and non-sectarian private titling institution located in San Diego, California.

The law school is listed on the Bar Tester's Committee at the State Bar of California. Students in Western Sierra must take and pass the First Year Student Law Exam ("Baby Bar") after the first year of legal studies. Passing the "Baby Bar" means the student is eligible to take a more advanced law course to achieve a J.D.
School graduates meet the legal education qualifications to take the California Bar Examination. When they pass the Bar, they may be allowed to practice law in the State of California.

For the years 1997 to February 2011, 80 Western Sierra graduates have taken the California Bar Examination as first-time takers; of that number, 15 passed the exam for the 19% graduation rate as first-time takers. In July 2011, the WSLS achieved a 33% graduation rate for the first take-up of the California Bar Examination. In July 2014, no WSLS graduates graduated from the California Bar Examination, out of 15 participants. In February 2015, 4 Sierra Western graduates took the California Bar Examination, of which, 1 passed the exam with a passing rate of 25%. Ten graduates of Sierra Barat repeat Bar exam in February 2015; three passed the exam for 30% graduation rate.
