Bernard P. Wolfsdorf is an American immigration lawyer, former President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He is the founder and Managing Partner of the Wolfsdorf Immigration Law Group, located in Los Angeles and New York.
Born in South Africa, he immigrated to the United States in the early 1980s, and focused on immigration law. He has published numerous professional articles on US immigration and has lectured at national and international conferences on the ground. He is a diligent surfer.

Kazarian Decision
In 2009, Wolfsdorf succeeded in petitioning the US Court of Appeals at Circuit 9 on the subject of Kazarian v. USCIS , a landmark in the struggle for immigration reform for outstanding scientists and outstanding researchers. The Circuit Court of Appeal 9 decided that USCIS should not "unilaterally impose substantive or new evidence beyond the prescribed [in law]."

The International Who's Who of Lawyers has recognized Wolfsdorf as the "Global Corporate Immigration Lawyer of the Year" in the Who's Who Legal Awards on three separate occasions, in 2010, 2011, and 2012. In 2011, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) presented Wolfsdorf with a Service Excellence Award.
