Stephen Schultz is an American lawyer known for his "Winningest Law Firm" in Missouri.

Early life
Schultz was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on May 5, 1974. At the age of 22, he was severely injured in an automobile accident. The accident left Schultz hospitalized and unable to walk for several months. It was during this healing process that Schultz had his first personal experience with personal injury insurance claims and the Missouri Civil Justice System. As a victim and plaintiff himself, it ended up being an experience that was a leading factor in his decision to enroll in law school and ultimately become a personal injury lawyer. Schultz went on to graduate from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri, and earn his Juris Doctor in 2007.

Career
Immediately following a serious car accident in 1996, Schultz went to work for Falcon Products, a St. Louis-based commercial furniture manufacturing company. His role started in customer service and advanced to outside sales, where he was relocated to Baltimore Maryland and then the San Francisco Bay Area. Schultz spent three years in the San Francisco Bay Area, and during the dot.com boom became one of the top sales managers in the Country. During this time Schultz also started a sports supplement company called Melt Thermogenics, which he grew into both an online presence and storefront in Westfield Mission Valley (formerly Mission Valley Center). Schultz relocated back to his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri and following graduation from law school in 2007, Schultz quickly formed Schultz Legal Group, where he began assisting victims of personal injury throughout Missouri. In 2010, he co-founded the injury law firm of Schultz Myers LLC. Initially, the firm was just Schultz, his partner Josh Myers, and two secretaries. Schultz Myers has since expanded into Illinois and Arkansas, with several attorneys and a support staff of paralegals, case managers, and secretaries. In under 5 years, his firm became recognized by Missouri Lawyers Weekly as one of the "Winningest Law Firms" in Missouri. Schultz has started several other small businesses since forming Schultz Myers, both related and unrelated to law. He now spends the majority of his time focused on catastrophic injury and death claims involving commercial motor vehicles.
